OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY:

We take pride in the quality of our work. Should a defect in materials or craftsmanship be found we will repair or replace your item for the lifetime of the product. Given limited availability, repair or replacement claims are handled case by case as some materials are extremely difficult to procure. Products that are excluded from our lifetime warranty are explicitly described as such in their product care documentation.

ON LEATHER & PATINA:

Every leather we use is organic, meaning no two hides are exactly alike. Further, Old Pony celebrates the abnormalities, often showcasing parts and hides that boast irregularity. Details like natural variations in the grain or hand, unique marks & brands, or other evidence of the life of the animal are not considered flaws.

Your leather will develop a patina that is unique to its experience in your care, defining it's character. Softening and darkening of the hide & evidence of everyday use are anticipated elements of the story.

FILING A CLAIM:

Please contact us at info@oldpony.org with photos of the item along with your original invoice or order number. This warranty is transferable and is not bound to the original owner of an Old Pony item. Once your claim is approved, you are responsible for delivering the item to us and we will cover the return shipping once the repair or replacement is complete.
